M.S. Merian-R. Tagore International Centre for Advanced Study: Metamorphosis of the Political (ICAS—MP) in New Delhi is an open, interdisciplinary forum for intellectual exchange – a research consortium – supported by the Government of Federal Republic of Germany. Located in India, it critically intervenes in global debates in the social sciences and humanities. I have been a Core Group Member, Thematic Module 4: Normative Conflicts and Transformations, since 2016.

As part of my work in ICAS-MP, I co-organised the international conference “From ‘Lava Jato’ to ‘Notebandi’: Discourses on Corruption – Interdisciplinary and Intercultural Perspectives.” ICAS-MP Conference. With Florian Hoffmann (Rio de Janeiro, Brasil), and Bettina Hollstein (Erfurt, Germany), at the University of Erfurt, on 12-13 October 2017. The volume of essays on corruption published by Sage/Spectrum in 2021 is a result of this conference and my work as part of the ICAS-MP team.
